At EKCS and through our InnerGroup and Mediaferry divisions, our responsibility is woven into the way we work. We believe sustainable innovation should support both today’s business needs and tomorrow’s world.​

We advise and support agencies and brands with their marketing operations and asset production with a commitment to minimising environmental impact and operating responsibly across our global network. Our approach aligns with internationally recognised sustainability principles, supported by our ISO 14001:2015 certification in June 2025​.

Through thoughtful resource management, energy-efficient workflows, and a flexible work model that reduces unnecessary consumption, we are still able to meet the standards expected by our clients.

ENVIRONMENTAL: We commit to measuring our carbon footprint. We will maintain our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, and adopt green production practices on every project.

SOCIAL: We commit to being a workplace where every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work. We will uphold our POSH, Non-Discrimination, and Grievance Handling policies as non-negotiables. We aim to sustain our Great Place to Work certification, invest in employee wellbeing and growth, and continue activities that create measurable impact in the communities we serve.

GOVERNANCE: We commit to conducting our business with transparency, integrity, and accountability. Our Code of Conduct and Whistleblower Policy are enforced at every level of the organisation.
