Role Description
A Digital QA reviews banner ads, social creatives, Emailers and rich media files across platforms, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy, functional integrity, and compliance with digital specifications. This role involves validating links, animations, responsiveness, and file structures before delivery. The QC protects brand integrity by spotting subtle design or copy misses and fostering a culture where digital precision is not just expected—but owned.
Further, the Quality Analyst ensures the presence and performance of proactive procedures within the QMS to guarantee that quality standards are met consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities Areas
- Maintain a thorough understanding of digital asset production, including static banners, animated creatives, HTML5 files, e-mailers, and platform-specific deliverables.
- Identify and get the content and layout errors corrected in a wide variety of digital formats before release.
- Apply structured approaches to enhance quality benchmarks and meet or exceed expected digital QA standards.
- Ensure every design asset aligns with client guidelines, branding, and platform specifications (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Display, YouTube, email platforms).
- Take initiative to prevent recurring design defects, aiming to reduce rounds of feedback and revisions.
- Prepare and implement digital QC checklists, with relevant checkpoints tailored for each brand and asset type.
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and clear written communication when providing feedback or documentation.
- Proofread and evaluate content across formats such as PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Word files, GIFs, JPGs, and HTML5 deliverables.
- Apply strong working knowledge of typography, layout principles, and UI/UX consistency in mobile-first and cross-device digital assets.
- Efficiently plan, prioritise, and manage QC tasks across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within tight production schedules.
- Collaborate closely with managers, designers, developers, and producers to support evolving creative requirements.
Note: Candidates must demonstrate practical expertise in identifying content, design, and format-level issues, with a strong understanding of platform specs, production workflows, and industry compliance standards.

- Satisfactory spoken and written English communication skills are required, with the ability to handle basic client interactions or email responses when needed.
- Hands-on experience with the Quality Assurance and pre-launch validation of digital banners-Static ads or animated banners, animated GIF ads, HTML5 files, email campaigns, and web interfaces across browsers and devices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory. Working knowledge of Animate CC, Google Web Designer, or similar digital animation tools will be considered an added advantage.
Eligibility & Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in creative quality control, design QA, or visual proofing roles; ideally within the 5 to 8 year range.
- Must have at least 3 years of domain-specific, hands-on experience, fully dedicated to quality checking in a digital environment (Static & animated banners, HTML5 creatives, and version tracking across devices).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory. Working knowledge of Animate CC, Google Web Designer, or similar digital animation tools will be considered an added advantage.
