Penna, a London recruitment company part of Adecco, wanted to improve their client services. In the past, they had tried outsourcing. However, they had trouble finding a reliable partner who could work well with their methods and help their teams grow.

EKCS has supported Penna in cross-channel creative production across print, digital, and video. The offshore team understood Penna’s ways of working, which enabled projects to be delivered consistently on time and on brand.

Penna boosted their digital marketing operations by assigning full-time employees (FTEs) to manage search and banner ad PPC campaigns. This enabled them to scale up their efforts and improve their campaign reporting. It meant Penna’s internal teams had the ability to handle workload changes more efficiently, optimizing their overall performance.

Streamlined workflow management

The cloud-based Mediaferry system facilitated the centralization of order processing, tracking, proofing, approval, and management of creative campaigns and assets. This resulted in reduced turnaround times and cost savings. Mediaferry enabled seamless planning, collaboration, and delivery coordination between offshore and onshore departments.
