Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns for our clients. You will leverage your knowledge of programmatic platforms, data analysis, and campaign management to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibility Areas

A thorough knowledge of the following is mandatory for the person.

  • Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across various channels and tactics.
  • Set up, launch, and optimize programmatic campaigns across multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for clients, clearly communicating campaign performance and key learnings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account management, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in programmatic advertising.

Role Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying concepts (RTB, PMP, Open Auction).
  • Proven experience using leading DSPs (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with campaign optimization techniques and a/b testing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Experience with programmatic video advertising.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of at-least 1-3 years in Ad-tech industry
