Designation Creative Designer – Print

Location : Gurugram, Haryana / Remotely

Role Description

Responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled graphic design functions and tasks to effectively communicate the proper brands, attributes, ideas, and concepts.
Well-developed creative visualization and ideation skills to enhance the look and feel of different deliverables across Print Media Platforms for a wide range of clients.
Create – Concept design, Adverts, Flyers, Brochures, Pamphlets, Leaflet, Logo, Magazine, Editorials, Branding & Promotions

Key Responsibility Areas

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Create original design ideas and layouts from creative briefings.
    • Works with Brand Guardian/Art Director to enhance and execute their conceptual design ideas into engaging and user-friendly designs that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
    • Builds and maintains a consistent brand image through creative conceptualization, design, layout, and illustration for a variety of displays and other marketing collaterals as required
    • Interpret briefs to develop creative solutions that meet business and communication objectives while maintaining the integrity of the EKCS brand
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
    • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and design processes in the Print media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
    • Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.


Role Requirements


  • Good understanding of brands and how they communicate to their target audience in the form of print and digital communication. For example, you should be able to understand the difference between a printed leaflet and a digital emailer which intends to communicate the same message to the target audience.
  • Exceptionally well in Indesign & Photoshop compositing technical knowledge. Your work will involve the creation of marketing posters, tent cards for marketing events, standees, EDMs and digital mailers. All of this requires excellent Photoshop compositing skills.
  • Must be good in typography especially Title creation and rendering as required for movie posters or packaging design. Should be able to independently create typography titles such as Gillette, Tropicana juice and Eveready, etc.
  • Sound English and comprehension and writing skills. Independently assess and research any job briefs to visualize a visual strategy and discuss it with the client’s/internal team.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
  • Software expertise with Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
